The REACT project focuses on building the capacity of NGO and social workers across Romania, Bulgaria, and Poland to support Ukrainian adult refugees. It aims to address their linguistic, social, and mental health needs for improved social inclusion and well-being.
Project Objectives
Empowerment of NGO/Social Workers: Equip 15 NGO/social workers (5 from each partner country) with tools and strategies to work effectively with Ukrainian refugees.
Innovative Toolkit Development: Create a comprehensive 50-page toolkit containing methods for linguistic support and mental health assistance, tailored to Ukrainian refugees.
Direct Support for Refugees: Improve the linguistic abilities and mental health of 45 Ukrainian refugees (15 per country), enhancing their integration into local communities.
