Accredited projects for mobility of learners and staff in adult education

In 2023-2024, the consortium engaged in various impactful activities across Europe, all aimed at promoting inclusive sport, innovative educational practices, and effective governance in adult education.

Summary

Champions Factory’s Erasmus Accredited Mobility Project is a strategic initiative aimed at enhancing educational and professional development through international experiences. Our project involves a range of activities, including group and long-term mobility for adult learners, teaching assignments, specialized courses, and hosting experts. Each activity is designed to foster skill development, cultural exchange, and the sharing of best practices among participants. This project is a key part of our long-term plan to empower learners and staff, enriching their personal and professional growth through global opportunities.

  • The activities began with a mobility program in Latvia focused on “Calisthenics for Adults with Mental and Physical Disabilities.” This was followed by two key programs in Turkey: “Basketball for People with Disabilities” and “Inclusive Governance and Innovative Learning Methods,” both advancing adaptive sports and inclusive education strategies.

  • In Portugal, a mobility initiative on “Surfing for People with Disabilities” offered therapeutic adaptive surfing experiences. Italy hosted programs including “Empowering Adults for Inclusive Sport Education,” featuring mobility activities with Atilla Mutalib, emphasizing inclusive sports.

  • Hungary’s program with Belan Amin integrated innovative practices in sports for people with disabilities, while Milan, Italy, hosted the EU SportLab to exchange best practices in sport education across Europe. In Bulgaria, two notable activities were conducted: “Winter Sports for People with Disabilities” and “Basketball for People with Disabilities,” led by Antonio Culiandro.

  • In Turkey, Shirin Amin led a teaching assignment on “Internationalization and Management of Adult Education Services,” enhancing global perspectives. Greece focused on “Promoting Inclusive Education for Adults with Intellectual Disabilities,” emphasizing accessible education.

  • France hosted a program on “Sports Tourism for People with Disabilities,” and Spain’s initiative centered on optimizing adult membership platform management using Berrly software.

Each of these activities was strategically designed to further the consortium’s goals, significantly advancing inclusive sport, innovative education, and effective governance in adult education across Europe.
