Champions Factory is an international non-governmental organisation bringing social change through innovations in education and sport. The organisation dates back from 2012, when we were first established in Bulgaria. Then, in 2016 the first two international offices in the United Kingdom and Turkey were officially set up. In 2018 another office opened doors in Dublin, Ireland. Our network is based on common values of Honesty, Professionalism, Discipline, Work ethic, Integrity, Humility, Enjoyment, Passion, Respect and Determination.

Champions Factory Bulgaria is the Headquarters of the Champions Factory International Network. The team has eight years of experience in developing and implementing national and international projects, sports management, research, and innovation. Champions Factory Ireland is in Dublin, Ireland. The organization’s primary focus is on sports and how sports values and goals can be adapted and used in different work fields. In addition, the organization has run 2 Erasmus+ Youth projects and, on a national level, is focused on developing Sport as an educational tool.

Shirin Amin is the General Director of Champions Factory International. She has a Bachelor’s degree in “Sports Management” from the Bulgarian National Sports Academy “Vasil Levski.” and a master’s in “Youth Activities and Sport.” She has extensive practical experience in project management, project implementation, project-final delivery, and report. She is engaged in developing innovations in education and sport. Shirin has over seven years of experience organizing international seminars, training, meetings, and exchanges. She was a coach and a mentor to over 2400 people from Italy, Bulgaria, Turkey, Hungary, England, Ireland, Morocco, Malaysia, Nepal, the Philippines, Kenya, Senegal, Argentina, Spain, and many others.

Amin
Didar Amin is the Director of Champions Factory Bulgaria. He was a National Mountain Bike Champion of Bulgaria in 2005 and 2006. He has a bachelor’s in “Sports management” and a master’s in “Sports Entertainment” from the Bulgarian National Sports Academy “Vasil Levski.” In his academic studies, he gathered knowledge on delivering classes to youngsters and focused on promoting fair play, respect, and different essential values of Sport. Furthermore, as a youth worker since 2011, he gathered tremendous experience in non-formal education and using Sport as a tool for social inclusion.

Ekaterina is the president of Champions Factory LTD. Since the age of 5, she has been involved in swimming. Following intensive training, she started competing professionally in 2007, and in 2009, dreaming of being an Olympian swimmer, she moved to train in London as a part of the Ealing Swimming Club (ESC). In 2014 she joined the Turkish National Swimming Team and now holds all the National Backstroke Records. Currently, she has been qualified for 17 European and 8 World Championships. Her dedication and hard work brought her to the Olympic Games in London in 2012 and Rio de Janeiro in 2016. Currently, along with her professional career, she looks forward to inspiring the future generation as a motivational speaker!

Matos
Hugo Matos is the founder, the mastermind behind Champions Factory Ireland, European Project Manager, and Formal and Non-Formal Education Trainer. He has a bachelor in physical education (Casa Pia de Lisboa) and a master in sociology (Faculdade de ciencias sociais e Humanas). Hugo has been working for the past ten years in the youth field at a national and international level. He took part in more than 20 training, including training trainers in Education through Sport (2 years project), becoming an expert in non-formal education with a particular focus on Sport as a tool for social change. Hugo had organized 10+ pieces of training on different themes, such as Human Rights, Environment, Active participation, Volunteering, How to manage Youth Exchanges, and Social Inclusion. He also has experience in over ten youth exchanges on the same topics.
